Cevac® Transmune IBD

Live immunocomplex vaccine against Gumboro disease.
It contains the Winterfield 2512 strain and specific antibodies.

COMPOSITION
Cevak® Transmune IBD contains in a lyophilized form
an attenuated virus of infectious bursal disease, strain Winterfield 2512,
in combination with virus-protective immunoglobulins obtained from hyperimmune
blood serum of SPF chickens.

Indications
Active immunization of healthy embryos of 18-day incubation period
or day-old broiler chickens against infectious bursal disease
(Gumboro disease).
It does not require revaccination against Gumboro disease in a poultry farm.
There is no need to determine the level of maternal antibodies
prior to vaccination: the release of the vaccine virus occurs
individually depending on the residual level of maternal antibodies in each
chick.
A single dose is guaranteed to be administered to each chicken.
Absence of the risk observed during vaccination by the method of evaporation against
IBB.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE
The vaccine is injected by the in ovo method into an 18-day-old incu chicken embryo-
bacia in a dose of 0.05 ml or subcutaneously to chickens of daily age in a dose of 0.1 ml.
Before use, the vaccine is resuspended with sterile saline
solution at the rate of 1000 doses per 50 ml of embryo vaccination solution,
or 1000 doses per 100 ml of solution for vaccination of day-old chickens.
The vaccine is prepared strictly in compliance with the rules of asepsis.

In ovo immunization
The vaccine is injected into a chicken embryo of an 18-day incubation period.
Before vaccination, check the correct location of the eggs (air
chamber up).
With the help of a special automatic device designed for
in ovo vaccination, the pre-prepared vaccine is injected
through an air chamber into the allantois cavity.
After vaccination, the eggs are immediately transferred to an incubator to
avoid the death of embryos from hypothermia.

Subcutaneous injection
The vaccine is administered strictly subcutaneously in the neck area using a special
automatic or manual injection device.

STORAGE
Store at a temperature of 2 ° to 8 ° C in a place protected from light.
